Hands down the best realtor team you will find in Tucson…Arizona…dare I say the US? We wanted to sell to our current tenants and planned an easy sale. But the best-laid plans can run awry. Which is exactly what happened. Pretty much everything you hope that won’t go wrong with the opposite party went wrong. Yet Robin didn’t blink and managed to make this deal a smashing success. There is no way this sale would have closed on a positive note if Robin had not been our realtor. Period. She and her son Shane are an amazing team that I cannot recommend more highly. Provided extensive help preparing the property for sale. While I was out of town The Supalla Team coordinated some last minute requests from the buyers. If not for her help the sale might not have gone through or might have been delayed. Very easy to work with, well connected with local service and repair suppliers. Great knowledge of the area, and in tune with the market. Five stars!

Robin helped us purchase a home and as first-time buyers she made our experience very easy. She was available to text or call at any time of the day and answered all of our ‘silly’ questions without judgment. She also knew the area very well, which allowed us to jump on the home that we ended up purchasing. In her back pocket, she has an arsenal of honest professionals that can help with post-purchase projects as well, which has enabled us to be prepared for years ahead!

She went above & beyond in many ways, for example helping me through the complexities of an international purchase (I am based in the UK), personally videoing the property to facilitate my decision, and always being accessible. Robin is a great agent! My daughter was looking for a town home or single family home in the Northwest/Oro Valley area. She knew we had previously lost a bid on a town home in a great area. We ended up driving through that neighborhood on a Sunday morning and by chance saw that a town home was for sale! We contacted Robin and her team, saw the town home and submitted an offer the next morning. There were multiple offers already on this town home, but through the dedication of Robin, our offer was accepted that night.
